Protection Of The Environment:
The
currency printing process results in liquid industrial
residues which contain ink and chemical substances which
are harmful to the environment. The company has a
complete unit to treat the chemical residues which are
separated, before pumping the water which is thus clean
to the public sewage network. Starting from the year
2006 a modern equipment has been installed to reuse the
water by separating the ink and using the water at 97%
efficiency.
Defective
currency notes, passports and secure documents are
incinerated under high temperatures.
